Rick is an MBA graduate who combines professional work experience with education to develop and facilitate quality and energetic learning programs to students and adults of Business Management studies. A skilled business developer who has launched and managed many companies to success and brings this experience to the classroom.
When it comes to my Teaching Philosophy, my goal is to use my experience and knowledge to explain the text book theory and by planting an idea, in the minds of the students, they will make it grow and use it to develop new ones. By getting them to come back to the next lecture, I will have created an interest in learning, a step towards the foundation of ‘lifelong learning’.
